Decision

Blocked: protected zone

Touches the pricing zone: rates come from the operator's rate system and must never be hard-coded ([data-rate], .unit-price).

Team approves: A Catch team member approves each test and each winner before it ships.

Power

A/B test, about 36 days to detect a 30% lift

Baseline: 2.1% unit reserved
Traffic: 294 a day on this page (90% of sessions)
Planned: 5,242 visitors per arm
Detectable in max: 27% lift in 42 days
Call at: 90% chance to beat control

Can detect a 26% lift within 42 days. No call before 14 days or before the planned sample, whichever is later.
